The thought behind SheerLuxe

Everyday new fashion boutiques, jewellers, beauty and lingerie brands, delis, home and lifestyle stores are launching online and where better to find out about them, their product ranges, collections and brands, than a site dedicated to the finest in online shopping.

SheerLuxe.com was set up in 2006. In a society full of time poor consumers, and with an increasing number of luxury brands and stylish boutiques now selling online, there was a need to bring the two groups together efficiently. In contrast to the mass market, the luxury market is relatively fragmented, with many small retailers struggling for awareness. Whilst plenty of newspapers and magazines focus on shopping, they aren't a complete and up to date entity, nor do they focus solely on online shopping. If there isn't an article on organic food shopping or the latest must-have tote in the current issue of the magazine you happen to be reading, then where do you look for inspiration...

SheerLuxe.com is a definitive and interactive guide to online shopping helping consumers find fine, fashionable, stylish and luxurious brands, products and designer goods available to purchase online.

SheerLuxe.com contains a directory of over 1,500 retailers as well as regularly updated advice, news and views on the latest and most desirable luxury fashion and lifestyle products, brands and goods available to purchase online. There's the opportunity to add comments and reviews to each of our shop listings so you can share your recommendations and experiences with other like-minded individuals.
