Creamy Prawn Pots

Serves 4
Prep Time – 10 minutes
Cooking Time – approx 10 minutes
Calories – approx 350 per serving
A tasty, comforting and easy to prepare starter.
Ingredients
175g defrosted frozen prawns
(Visit Frozen Fish Direct for an array of tasty prawns delivered direct to your door.)- Half tsp paprika
- 2 tsp plain flour
- 25g butter
- 250g button mushrooms, cut in half
- Small carton soured cream
- 1tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp grated parmesan
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
Melt the butter gently in a saucepan. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Then add the prawns, paprika and flour and ensure the whole lot is mixed together well.
Add the soured cream, salt and pepper and heat until the whole mixture is warmed right through. Then divide this mixture between 4 ramekins.
Top with the mixed breadcrumbs and cheese and place under a preheated hot grill for a minute or two until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
