It's For Life...

I’ve just got back home (well not quite just, but I have only just conjured up the energy to tear myself away from the sofa and my puppy and sit down at my computer) from my ninth wedding of the year.
 And fantastic fun as it was I’m delighted to say that I’ve got a bit of a break before the next one (which’ll be fabulous – the Smythson  invitation arrived yesterday).
Not that I don’t adore going to weddings (I’d have loved to have been a wedding planner) but they do tend to take up the entire weekend and I’m looking forward to a few Saturday’s spent firmly ensconced in front of Strictly Dancing with a Deliverance take away.
That said, this weekend’s wedding was wonderful. A perfectly matched bride and groom, beautiful flowers (English Garden Roses – my absolute favourite), yummy food and plenty of fun was had by all. You only had to see the size breakfasts we all devoured this morning to tell.
 Anyway the point of all this wedding chat is that I’m delighted to say that yesterday, SheerLuxe was the talk of our table. And it wasn’t me ramming my business down the chap on my left's throat but a gorgeous girl who was (voluntarily) doing a bit of PR for us - and for one of the retailers we recommend, Inkerman.
On a recent visit to SL in search of some inspiration for a gift for her godson’s christening, she came across Inkerman. It was a Thursday, the christening was that Sunday and the item she wanted was out of stock. Inkerman
 excelled themselves. To cut a long story short they managed to track down some more silver wine coasters from the supplier and send a courier to get them for her.
So Inkerman came off exceptionally well and so did we for recommending them!
It’s all about customer service and Inkerman, you’ve got a customer for life.
