Quba Quba...

Oh I struggle when it comes to buying for the man in my life! On the one hand I know it would be safe to just settle for the latest gadget, iphone, techno craze etc but on the other hand he can and does tend to buy all that for himself before I've even heard of it which means it's down to me to come up with something a bit more thoughtful.

So you can imagine my delight when on a sailing jaunt to Salcombe in May he tried on a Quba Sails jacket and clearly loved it!

Thinking quick (that's us girls), I used my persuasive powers to get it back on the hanger and him out of the shop so I could quietly order it online.

Thanks to the wonderful people at Quba, a new X10 Technical Jacket in cream (so glad I opted for cream over navy, impractical yes but who cares!) arrived in the post and it’s even better than I remembered!

I can't wait to give it to him. Though whilst I mighn't have to share him with the latest iphone, if things go the way they are I might be sharing him with my dad (the sailor)...
