"This Seasons style is missing its style and is perhaps trying a little too hard to compete with the ever increasing number of stylish and creative designers; indeed its possible thata Toast has truly lost its way a little. I've bought several Toast pieces over the last few Seasons and garment quality has fallen dramatically - perhaps the results of FCUK ownership is beginning to bite on the quality and style of this once stylish brand."

"While there were some great bargains in the Toast Summer Sale, I really do hope that the new Season designs are an improvement on the last year or so - the quality of manufacture particularly needs to improve and, perhaps, a little less of the trying too hard"quirkiness"!"
