To celebrate the launch of its brand new childrenswear line Lanvin has collaborated with French charity Dessine L'Espoir on
this range of dolls.
Each painstakingly embellished limited edition doll (complete with pearl earrings and sequined eye shadow) has been crafted by a team of women from Swaziland, all of whom are living with HIV and proceeds will go towards supporting these women and their families.
